Canadian Business Law Journal 50th Anniversary

Thomas Mathews and Joshua Samac attended the 50th Anniversary Conference of the Canadian Business Law Journal, held at the University of Toronto on September 26, 2025.  The event featured insightful presentations on the present and future trajectory of Canadian corporate securities and competition law. Distinguished faculty from leading institutions including the University of Ottawa, Osgoode Hall Law School, University of Toronto, Université Laval, and legal practitioners contributed to the discussions, addressing legal developments and challenges in the field.
